High Performance Computing

We use high-performance computer clusters, such as the GPU-based ElGato cluster (pictured above) at the University of Arizona, to solve problems that involve magnetohydrodynamics and photon transport in extreme physical conditions. We also employ modern visualization tools and devices (such as the Oculus Rift) to explore the results of our simulations.
